LOKE Engineering is realising automation- and logistic projects in heavy industries, preferable in steel plants, aluminium- and copper producing factories. LOKE is offering turn key solutions, consisting of:

As part of crane guidance and storage yard management systems we supply:
For data transmission:
• components for wireless networks (WLAN)
• antennas
• laser communication systems
For installation on the cranes:
• optical distance measuring instruments or frame mark positioning systems for detecting the gantry and trolley position
• rotary encoder to detect the crane hook position
• reliable industrial - PC with TFT- display, touch screen and flash disk
• all other electrical components that are necessary for crane installation
In the storage yard:
• high availability database servers for the warehouse database
• the necessary network infrastructure (hub's, switches, UPS and other)
• Operational PC for the control of the warehouse (client stations)
• mobile terminals and scanners for manual recording of stock transactions

Our distance measuring devices are dust proof, vibration resistant and protected against electro-magnetic influences. At extremely high temperatures in the operating field, we fit cooling devices with which a trouble free operation up to 80°C is possible. The industrial PC's mounted in the crane cabins are equipped with Touch-Screen and TFT- displays. Robust installation supports and the use of flash disks guarantee the necessary vibration resistance. The power supply of all crane installations is protected against voltage drops via UPS.
